NEW SUNDAY SCHOOL

OPENED AT EPUNI.

Another evidence of church expansion in the Hutt Valley was given on Saturday afternoon, when a new Sunday school in connection with the Church of the Good Shepherd at Epuni, in the Parish of St. James, was opened. There was a good attendance of those interested. The vicar, Rev. J. C. Davies, presided. The new building, which has been erected at a cost of £2500, was officially opened by the Mayor of Lower Hutt, Mr. J. W. Andrews, and addresses were also given by Bishop Holland and Mr. W. Nash.
