AERIAL TRAMWAY
PLAN FOR MOUNT COOK An aerial tramway up the slopes of the Southern Alps at the Hermitage is an early priority in South Canterbury's ten-year plan. The main object is to make the Hermitage “winter sports” ground an all-the-year-round tourist resort.
