McLennan staled that defendant sold liquor from his locker* at the U.S.A. Club, but without, making profit. Mr. .1. S. Haiuia, who appeared for defendant, said that the offence was committed in a spirit, of comradeship. Slating that the offence was a
nominal one and did not. call for a heavy penalty, the Magistrate imposed a line of £2, with costs 10/-.
