CITY OF LOWER HUTT HOSING GARDENS The use of Hoses for Watering Gardens is so reducing pressure that Rodents in the Outlying Districts are experiencing difficulty in obtaining sufficient water for domestic purposes. Residents, in outlying areas, and on the higher levels,, are advised that for the next few months they should keep a quantity of water in reserve each evening.
