<J> In conformity with Section lii (.v.) >r the Electric-rower Boards Aui 11)2 si NOTICE 13 HEREBY CIVEN Lhut Iho resolution hereinafter set nil (which was passed by the Jioaril :.m the Ith clay of October, 1945) will be submitted for confirmation at a subsequent meeting of the Board to be held at the Board's • Offices, ilutt Road, Lower Huttf on Thursday, the Ist day of November, 1045, at 2 p.m. The resolution is as follows: —• THE HUTT VALLEY ELECTRIC - .POWER BOARD DOTH HEREBY RESOLVE by way ol and as a special order to raise a further special Joan ol' One hundred thousand pounds (£IOO,000) to provide additional moneys for the further reticulation of the said Board's district, such loan tc be known as No. 5 Loan (1945) of £100,000 AND THAT such special loan be for a period not exceeding • Twenty-five (25) years from Hit raising thereof and bear interest at a rate not exceeding £3/7/ti per centum per annum AND THAT a .Sinking Fund be created, in eoimection with • the said special loan by the pay men I of sums calculated at the rate ol £2/13/1 per centum annually on the amount of the said special loan for the time being raised until the said special loan is repaid AND THAT payment of the sail, special loan and interest shall bi. made in New Zealand AND THAT there shall not bi ■ paid out ol the said special loan the cosL of raising the loan, oi the interest and Sinking Fund foi the first year AND THAT the security for the repayment of the said special loan and the interest and other charges thereon be a special rate of thirty-live one-hundredths of a penny (3r>/10odj in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of tho unimproved value; of all rateable property in the said Board's district.
