THE MILK QUESTION
MR HUGGAN'S STATEMENT ; Following upon the recent- discussion at the Lower Hutt City Council, when reference was made to Mr. Huggan's action in reporting to the Petone Borough Council regarding events at the conference of vendors, suppliers and local bodies, Mr. Huggan has forwarded the following statement to the "Hutt News."— "I was surprised to see Mr. Andrews's recent report and I fail to see where any breach of confidence was committed by me. I have since met both the vendors and the mil Jproducers and np question of any breach of confidence fras raised. After all, I am answerable to the Petone Borough Council and it was incumbent upon me to present a report to that body at the earlies possible moment."
