MILK SUPPLY
Sir,- —One heard oa all shies complaints wilJi regard to ihe dirty conditions of the miik which is deli\ered under tit'; zoniir; scheme in Ihe I-luU Valley and 1 can honestly say tiuit neauy every morning I lind a residue of discoloured matter -at the bottom oi' the billy; iu fact it is so bad that 1. have' made a practice oi' throwing away the last portion oi' the contents, when emptying it in a jury. Now thia is a very .serious iuatter from the' point of view of the : general heiilth of the community, ami it behoves all those concerned to seriously consider- whether this state of affairs should bo allowed to continue. It is nothing short of tragic that in such a vast gitowins comraunity as the Unit City thai; a clcaner and purer system of milk srij>? 1> should not be established. The money needed for the reform i shou'd be advanced by the Reserve Hank and it is the duty of all mothers and parents to get together and nee that something 4# done. —I am, etc.; , HOUSEWTFE.
