SICK AND WOUNDED APPEAL
On Saturday next a house-to-house ash collection will be made on bealf of the local Patriotic Commitse's oick and Wounded Appeal, by ie local postwomen It will be remembered that last ear these ladies did a wonderful rar service when they established a scord of collecting over £70U in one ay for the sick and wounded of our ghting forces, and it is confidently xpected that this year they will ieet with no less success. The postwomen will be provided ith official sealed collection boxes, nd householders will materially Usi/st by avoiding Ldelay in : having ieir donations ready for the collects.
