In a talk given by the president',! Mr. J. O'Leary, at the weekly meeting of the Hutt Valley Esperanto ClU'l), .held in the Hibernian Hall on Monday night, the words of the author of the language were quoted. Dr. L. L. Zamenhof has said tlvat "The internal idea of Esperanto is brotherhood and justice be j , tween the peoples. The knowledge o£ a world language gives world outlook, a standpoint from which one may think of himself not as a mere citizen of this or that country, but as a citizen of the world."
