ESPERANTO CLUB

—. —<s Tlio Hull Valley Esperanto Club held its usual weekly meeting in the Hibernian Hall last Monday evening with an attendance of just over 30. Four classes were formed and all members showed a keen interest in learning the language. This is due largely to the simplicity of the grammar and complete absence of « any irregularities. A weekly Bulletin, written entirely in Esperanto, was the subject of much favourable comment during the Social Hour, which followed a light supper served by the lady mem bers of the club. During the evening it was announced that arrangements were well in hand to extend the social hour lo include short plays and sketches which would be presented in Esperanto by members.
