If for any reason car owners are unable to carry out Ihe conditions endorsed on their "Notice of Intention to Use" 'iiey should, for their own protection, apply to the Controller for cancellation. Briefly, the requirements are re-registration, adequate equipment enabling the vehicle to be available for use at any time, and arrangements made for a driver should the owner have been called up for military service, transferred to the Ho.fie Guard, or prevented in any way from carrying out the duties in the manner already conveyed to all owners of vehicles enrolled for .service in the E.P.S.
