R.S.A. NOTES

(By "Reveille") The date of the next Diggers' Night has been arrived at, and on April 11th Diggers, their wives and families will again be entertained with one of the popular social evenings which have become a feature of R.S.A. activities. A good programme of dances, items and games is being arranged, and all that is asked is that ladies bring along a plate of refreshments with them. Another Younger Set dance is set down for Thursday. March 2<Uh and attendances to date indicate that these 50/50 programmes maintain the popularity which they achieved last year, when by the efforts of the sons and daughters of returned servicemen, quite a tidy sum of money was handed over to tlie building fund of the R.S.A. The golliwog doll competition was ilnalised recently, and congratulations are offered to Mrs McMullan of Junction Street, Lower llutt. oil
