The bride, who entered the church with her father, wore a slim fitting frock of figured magnolia satin and tulle applicqued veile with a top knot of roses, and carried a sheaf of lillies. She was attended by Misses Noeline Simon (chief bridesmaid)) and Zita Delaney, Auckland. They were both frocked in apricot georgette with rucked bodices and circular skirts, and carried lime green rucked muffs, decorated with sprays and wore short green veils with violet top knots.

The best man was Flight Sergnant A. Harraway, and the groomsman, Corporal T. Murray. Appropriate music was rendered by Miss C. Simon.
