URGENT i E.P.S APPEAL In the event of an emergency arising, it may be necessary to care for large numbers of Babies under two years pf age who are left homeless. The responsibility of looking after these young lives will be undertaken by the Plunket Aids Section of the Women's War Service Auxiliary, working as a unit <?f the E.P.S. throughout the district. These specially trained women will N be stationed at a suitable Home or Hospital which . ; . will be the Clearing Station for all Juvenile Evacuees. > To stock this Home, it will be necessary to have quantities f of Clothing, etc., for emergency use. ■ CAN YOU HELP? f BY-Donating any of the following Articles: — | Cot Blankets, Cot Sheets, Pillow Cases, Old Towels arid Linen, ; \ Napkins, Cellulars, Singlets, Nightgowns, Jackets, Flocks, . Petticoats, t Booties. These may be left at the following Depots:—Whiteman's Grocery, High Street; Power Board,' High Street; H. ,E. Leighton, Ltd., High Street; or at the PlunketEooms, Riddiford Park. Loan fcf the following during an emergency would required: Bassinettes, Mattresses and Pillows. Those willing 4o assist in this direction should; please ring Mrs. CI. C. Phillips, Hon. Secretary, Plunket Aids Section, W.W.S.A., 60-426, who will make arrangements to collect any articles which donors cannot conveniently leave at any of the above Depots. Those unable to contribute articles are invited to make monetary contributions, which should be forwardf4.ytt> the T6wn Clerk.
