The plot highlights the humorous efforts of the young husband and wife to - get rid of their friends for just a few nights a week so that he' can write a novel; her decision to go back to work while he writes and keeps house, and the romantic complications which ensue when he thinks she's running around with a publisher, and she thinks he's involved with a Southern honey who lives down the hall. Bob Hope plays the husband, Shirley Ross is cast as his wife and rounding out, ! the cast are Otto Kruger, Charies i Butterworth, Hedda Hopper and | Roscoe Karns. ! "THE THREE MUSKETEERS." ! With Don Ameche, as a singing, loving, fighting D'Artagnan, and ; The Ritz Brothers, as phoney musketeers more at home with a carving knife than a sword, 20th Cen-tury-Fox, in the musical comedy version of "The Three Musketeers" has found a new way of presenting the Alexandre Dumas story which has captivated and enchanted audiences and readers from the day it was conceived almost a century ago. Opening on 'Saturday at the De Luxe Theatre, with a brilliant cast of supporting players, the film is hailed as one of the happiest entertainment ideas since the movies be- ; gan to move. PRINCE EDWARD THEATRE. "MIDNIGHT" The biggest collection of stars to be seen in any one picture for several years makes up the cast of "Midnight," Paramount's gay comedy which opens locally on Tuesday at the Prince Edward Thearte.
