COLLEGE FOOTBALL

SOCCEII TEAM FOR X.S.W. WELLINGTON NOMINATIONS. One Wellington College boy, three from Rongotai College, four from the Wellington Technical College, and two from the Petone Technical High School have been nominated by the Wellington Football Association for inclusion in the New Zealand representative college Soccer team which is to leave for a tour of New South Wales and Queensland this month. Nominations for the sixteen positions in the team-were to be considered at this week's meeting of the council of the New Zealand Football Association. The Wellington nominations are as follows:— Technical College.—R. McKenzie, M. C. Christopherson, R. M. Flaus, and D. P. Yeoman. Petone Technical High School.— C. Duncan and J. R. Singer. Rongotai College.—K. Klee, H. Field, and W. Pike. Wellington College.—D. Yause. The Wellington Football Association is to nominate Mr J. Y. Walls for one of the two managerial positions.
