UNEXPECTED!
A gentleman engaged a chauffeur who, on the first day of his employment, smashed the car. There was some doubt as to the driver's negligence, but the owner, taking no chances, idecided to dismiss 'the chauffeur. The man immediately made a request, demanding a testimonial, which he received. It read as follows: "James Smdtli has 'been in my employment one day and I am satisfied."
