Mawhera Handicap at Greymouth. His excellent form on the. four furlongs dirt track early last season and his showing on the same course last July, when lie was not properly wound up, make it appear that he will be a good winner this season. He is at home over any distance and on any sort of track. B. B. Berry has the pacer Dundee in splendid order for his races at Oamaru. He recently went a mile and a half trial at Addington in 3.23 3-5 and the manner in which lie encompassed the journey impressed a number of good judges who were present.
