BOYS' EMPLOYMENT BUREAU Itf view of the fact that there irf ia large number of unemployed boys in the Hutt Valley alone, the Hutt Valley Y.M.C.A. lias established a Boys' Employment Bureau at the temporary office of the Association in Jackson Street Petone. The Secretary, 'Mr. A. C. Edwards, states that this has been done to enable boys to record their names without the expense of going to Wellington to do so. Applications from local employers, for boys to fill positions, are now being received, so the Secretary advises ( all boys out of work, to make application 'immediately, if they wish to avail tliem- ' selves of this Opportunity. 1 • The office hours are from ( J a.m. to •5 pm. week days, closing at li! a.m. on I Saturdays.
