Sir,—l notice the N.Z. Legion ha? now announced its intention of takiaj an active part in the next elecfi ia. Was it not announced when the was formed that the intention was *o concentrate ou educating the eleitirs in their rights and duties to the country'J Who is responsible for some of the half-baked ideas now.put forwa-d by the Legion? 'As regards Dr B he may know something of inediciiic cr surgery, but what does he know of '-ho requirements of the working man or of how to govern tho country? Elc'j* us should not be hoodwinked and should stick to tho tried system of party government rather than allow- the Legion to experiment witli .the country.— S I am etc., J CURIOUS.
