NEW ZEALAND LEGION.
Attention is drawn to a circular in this paper of a meeting of the New Zealand Legion to be held in King George Theatre on Thursday next, at 7.45 p.m. No movement ever launched in New Zealand has made sounder or more progress in such a short time. FoUnlded upon a "clear recognition of the deep social truth that party bickering, ;dtrife, jealou«y and love of poiwer for party ends, means the sacrifice of all other national interests to the interest of that party which has captured political power, it makes a clarion, call to all to unite in order to s*weep away the system of governments which if allowed to continue in the future as it. has continued in the past, will certainly bring desolation to the whole of the Dominion. The meeting is open to both ladies and gentlemen.
