HUTT VALLEY HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.
I The Hutt Valley Horticultural Society's schedule for the 1930-31 season has now been circulated to all members of the Society and contains full particulars of the classes fox exhibition at each of the Society's four shows. In addition is tihe schedule for the National Daffodil- Society of New Zealand ! which will be held in conjunction with j the local Society's Show on 17th and ' 18th September., Particulars are also given of a novel feature to :be known as Flower Week and will be held under the coni/bined auspices of the; N.Z. Institute of Horticulture, N.Z. Horticultural Traders' Association, Association
of Directors of Parks and Reserves, the Hutt Valley and Wellington Horticultural Societies, in the Wellington Town Hall on January 29th. Alsol the rules the North. Island Amateur Daffodil Champion ship. The volume, which occupies over 100 pages, also contains the Society's report and balance sheet for the years 1929-30, a list of financial members and the rules of
tho 'Society.
All gardeners interested in the work of the Society's shows who have not already received a copy many do so by applying to the Secretary, Box 19, Lower Hutt, or from the "Hutt News" office.
