(To the Editor). Sir,—Messrs Strong and Gray, officers of the Lower Hutt Civic Association, truthfully state that I know nothing of their methods. I do not, and from recent correspondence in your columns, I am glad I do not. And I shall not take the. trouble, to. enquire into them either.
