PUBLIC SERVICE SUPERANNUATION.

There aTe a number of superannuated public servants from every branch, of the Government service residing in the Valley who will be interested to know that the eighth annual meeting' of the Association took place on Tuesday last, when delegates from the branches in the four centres met to receive the report and balance sheet, both of which were of a satisfactory nature. '' Despite many losses by death, the membership is still increasing, and the Association is active in protecting the interests of its members. Mr. Gr. Girling-Butcher, president for the year, has asked us to say that he will be pleased to, meet bid or intending members at his residence, 19 Bridge Street, Lower Hutt, and advise them on any point connected with their superannuation allowances. „
