In reply to the Wailwetu Progressive Ascsociation 's request- for lecturers iy^ attend the association's meetings to< give addresses on gardening subjects,. a latter has been received from theHutt Horticultural Society stating that Messrs Ball, Edwards and Copping would assist in the matter. A lecture will be delivered to members of the association on Tuesday next, when the question of forming a garden club will be considered also. At a meeting- • of the association this week, Mr Copping answered many questions on vegetable cultivation.
