Baked Chocolate Pudding. i lb. butter, 2 ozs. sugar, 2 ozs. unsweetened chocolate, 1 saltspoon baking powder, 4 ozs. flour; 2 eggs, vanilla flavouring. Beat butter and sugar to a cream, add grated chocolate (melted in a little milk), vanilla, and beaten yolks; stir in flour gradually. Bake in a piedish. When ready, spread whites (beaten stiff with sugar and'flavouring) on stop, and after hardening in the oven sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve. Cocoa may l>e used instead of chocolate.
