Hot md eohl showers, and douches are provided and comfortably enclosed dressing rooms MADAME RACHEL'S BATH.—This celebrated Spring is a .Saline water with Silicates, and has an alkaline reaction. Fhe water is also us id internally for its beneficial action on the kidneys. THE BLUE BATH. —This is the largest natural swimmiug hath in the Southern Hemisphere. It affords rheumatic invalids a means of taking painless exercise, which they highly appreciate. 'l'll E SULPHUR VAPOUR BATH.—This is a natural hot vapour, highly charged with sulphur gases, conducted into a properly constructed chest, in which the the patient sits, while sulphur in an impalpable form is being constantly deposited on (he skin. THE NEW SULPHUR BATH.—This is a very strong acidic water of high temperature, and strongly recommended in cases of rheumatism and allied diseases. The bath house is divided into Ladies and Gentlemens departments and is japable of accommodating 400 bathers daily. LADIES' NEW SWIMMING BATH.—This is a recent annexe to the Rachel Pavilion. It is 50 feet long by 21 feet wide, its greatest depth is -I feet and its capacity 25,000 gallons. It is filled with water from the Rachel Spring which is maintained it a tempei'ature of 9S degrees. THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT.—This department is replete with the most modern appliances for carrying out various forms of medical electrical treatment in their entirety. THE HYDROPATHIC PACKING AND MASSAGE DEPARTMENT.—A series of rooms are furnished and set apart for each ?ex, in order to carry out this important adjunct to treatment.
