FATAL ACCIDENT.
A telegram was received this morning from Mr Mcßae, of the Waverley Hotel, Auc land, stating that a young man named James Franks, formerly in his employment, had fallen from one of the upper windows of the hotel, death being almost instantaneous. Franks was well-known in Rotorua, having worked for Mr Mcßae when here. Recently ho had been at Paeroa, but returned to Auckland a few days ago.
