A ROTORUA LOVE SONG.
The following, written by Victor Zeal, (Mrs C. H. Wilson,) appears in a recent issue of the Sydney Bulletin : Oh, dearest, darkest maiden, my heart is calling thee, Coma forth from out thy whare, and have a bath with me. The ti-tree wavM a welcome; the halfmoon soft doth shine; The sulphur fumigates the air as thy flat nose meets mine. All day while catching crayfish thine image went with me— I thought how in the warm bath I'd eat them raw with thee. Then come and have thy bath, love, and see the half-moon shine, And eat the juicy kouras, and rub thy nose with mine.
