In the matter of the Public Trust Office Acts for the time being 1 , and in the matter of the estate of Henry William Neighbour, late of Rotcrua, in the Provincial District of Auckland, deceased. -XJ" OTICE is hereby given that all crediJ_ tors and others having claims against the above estate are required to send in to the office of the Public Trustee, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, or his Agent at Taurauga, anil in writing, on or before the twenty-eighth day of August, 1896, full particulars of such claims giving the items and amounts of the same; and the Public Trustee will, at the expiration of the said time or as soon thereafter as conveniently may he, distribute the assets of the said deceased or any part thereof among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims which the Public Trustee shall have then hud notice, and according to the priorities given by the Public Trust Office Acts for the time being to such claims as between themselves respectively.
