RULES AND REGULATIONS (To which the attention of persons entering Horses is particularly requested.) No Nominations or Acceptances will bo received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied with the necessary amount in cash, marked cheque, or post or telegraph money order. Attention of horse owners is particularly called to this regulation. Age, Pedigree, Performances, and colours of Riders to bo sent with all entries. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered.will bo fined 2 sovs. All protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within 15 minutes after the race, accompanied by 2 sovs., which will be forfeited to the Club should the protest be dismissed. The advantages of this route are numerous, a somewhat tedious railway journey is broken, and the route traverses some of the loveliest Rush Scenery in New Zealand. FARES, 10s EACH WAY. Special Conveyances can he arranged for. Leave -Okoroire for Rotorua and Whakarewarewa daily at 10 a"m . Leave- Rotorua and Whakarewarewa tor Okoroire, daily at 10 a.m. All passengers are advised to avail themselves of this Route as Okoroire is one of the show places of the Thermal District, and no visit to the Lakes is complete without its inclusion.
