All buildings erected to be kept in good repair and condition, and in the erection of any building upon the sections within tho town the lessee must abido by and conform to tho alignment of streets and roads, and to all by-laws and regulations made by tho local authority intrusted with the administration of tho local affairs of tho Township of Potorua. 7. Privies, ashpits, and other works of a similar character to be constructed and maintained as directed by the local authority. All drains and channels, and tho sanitary state and condition of the premises, to bo subject to tho by-laws and regulations of the local authority. 8. No wells to bo sunk or any excavations to bo made without the consent in writing of the local author. ity. 9. Tho trade or business of a soapboiler, tallow-chandler, tanner,slaughterman, meat eurer or preserver, or anj' noisy, noxious, or offensive trade or manufacture of any kind whatever will not be permitted. 10. Provision will bo made in the leases for inspection o-f promises at all reasonable times. 11.
