A WEDDING DAY TRAGEDY.

A sensational crime was committed at Mestronginhem, in the French department at Gers. The victim was a shoemaker named Saints, aged 32. lie was that morning married to Marie I3ordes, a young woman of 21, who, unknown to Saints, had for some time carried on an intrigue with a young man named Moras. When the newlymarried couple were alone in their house about 10 o'clock, the bride pretend to have left some linen at the further end of the garden, and went to fetch it. Her husband followed her. As he neared the hedge bordering the garden, Moras, who was lying in wait with a gun, fired at his rival, killing him instantly. The murderer then dragged the body out of tho garden and threw it into a marsh, where it was discovered on ' Wednesday morning. Moras was immediately arrested, and tho woman also as an accomplice.
