I.oxdox, July 9.—Tlie Bulgarian Government have sent a note to the European Powers etating that previous to Armenian atrocities t'leir relations with Turkey were friendly and they Lad only sanctioned a moral agitation ou behalf of Macedonia. New Youk, July i).—A cyclone has devastated 200 miles of country in Missouri; 43 persons were killed and several million dollars worth of damage done. Nineteen buildings had the roofs torn off in Chicago and many deaths are reported. St. Peteksburgii, July 9.—A con j spiracy has been discovered at Moscow and eight arrests have been effected, including six recently pardoned nihilists. The Czar rewarded the police by distributing £'2,000 amongst them. Tho Czar declined to receive the liulgarian envoys who came to ask support against Turkey. Tho Krahsnanin newspaper says Bulgaria must go down on ber knees or the delegates must leave as they arrived.
