Greenwood then drew alongside him, put his revolver to his head, and begged him to stop, otherwise ho would have to shoot him. Sheedy replied, 'I am shot and cannot pull the horse up.' The officer then grasped the reins, s'opped the animal, and returned with the man to town, where it was found that the bullet had stiuck Sheedy on the arm. Sheedy had been previously shot by the police in trying to escape,
