AMERICA WILL NOT PROTEST AGAINST BLOCKADE

Senator Key Pittman has expressed the opinion that while the United States will suffer some financial loss from the blockade of German exports she will not participate in other neutrals' protests. “We certainly will not become involved in this controversy, which is a minor sacrifice compared with the major sacrifice of the Neutrality Act."
