NEW GAS FUEL FOR MOTOR CARS
ITALIAN MECHANIC’S INVENTION By Telegraph—Press Absu.— Copyright Received Wednesday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 22. The Exchange Telegraph Company’s correspondent at Bergamo, Italy, says a motor repairer has invented a device for propelling- motor-cars electrolytically by splitting water* into its gaseous components, eliminating the oxygen and using the hydrogen mixed with other chemicals to form a gas fuel. The speed attained by the use of this gas equals that of petrol but the cost is only a penny a mile.
