TURKEY'S AGREEMENT WITH RUSSIA
HARMONISES WITH ANGLOFRENCH UNDERTAKINGS By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 15. The Turkish newspapers claim authority for stating that the Moscow negotiations have resulted in an agreement harmonising Turkey's undertakings with Britain and France. The British Associated Press' Paris correspondent says it is reliably reported that the Turkish-Russian agreement has been signed, protecting Russia's right to use the Dardanelles and Black Sea in accordance with the Montreux Convention.
