JURY'S RECOMMENDATION

Returning this afternoon after an absence of two hours ,40 minutes, a jury in the Supreme Court found Alexander Duncan, fruiterer, aged 38, not guilty of negligent driving causing death at Seatoun on February 18. The jury' added a recommendation that the trees and undergrowth at the north-west corner of the intersection of Hector and Burnham streets be removed and the visibility at the corner generally improved. Mr. Justice Smith undertook to have the recommendation passed on to the proper quarter. The prisoner wna iliQfthn.rrfflrl.
