NAPIER MAN'S CASE AGAINST SHIPPING COMPANY (By Telegraph—Press Association). WELLINGTON, Last Night. The claim made by Sidney Edwarl Moore in the Supreme Court, Napier, for £1774 against the Shaw, Savill and Albion Co., was completed by the Chief Justice. Sir Michael Myers, to-day, judgment being entered for the defendant.
