CAREFULLY-PLANNED ATTACKS ON CUSTOMS POSTS. (By Telegraph-Piess Assn.-Copyright) LONDON, Nov. 30. The Irish Republican Army is believed to be responsible for the blowing up of the Customs posts. The attacks were carefully planned. Explosions occurred almost simultaneously at five key posts along the ISO-mile border line.
A suitcase containing an unexploded bomb was found at the Tullydonn.il Customs post. Antrim police discovered similar suitcases addressed to local residents left overnight at the destroyed posts. It is now known they contained time bombs.
