MUTTON FAMINE IN SYDNEY. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. A meeting of members of the Meat Employees’ Union decided to continue the strike of mutton slaughtermen, and if volunteers are engaged, beef slaughtermen should stop work immediately. There will be a mutton famine in Sydney. Week-end prices for* meat have risen 25 per cent.
