HUGE WAVES ON LAKE MICHIGAN.
TIVE DROWNED AND MANY INJURED .(By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) Received Midnight. HOLLAND (Michigan), July 14. At least five were drowned and an •undetermined number injured when a aeries*of huge waves, described as Sft, to 10ft. high, swept in over the beaches from Lake Michigan.’ The terrified swimmers screamed as they ran, while several fishermen were swept off the piers. The coastguards rescued many from danger. The dead included two women.
