OUTBREAK IN SOUTH AFRICA. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) CAPETOWN, July 12. Northern Natal and Southern Zuluiand will be a huge abattoir for the next three days.
The Government, following an outbreak of footsanC-mouth disease, has decided to slaughter all stock, involving 15,000 cattle, sheep and goats, of which half belongs to natives. The Government will pay full compensation. Merino flocks arc suffering severely.
