NO CHANGE LIKELY (British Official Wireless.) Received Wednesday, 7.30 p.m. RUGBY, May 10. In the House of Commons, in answer to a question, the Dominions Secretary, Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, said there was. certainly no doubt as to the substantial economic progress mr.-le- in Newfoundland under the Commission which replaced the Government. He added that the process of recovery must necessarily be gradual, and m the circumstances there was no present prospect of a restoration of the previous form of tlie Constitution.
