(By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) Eeceived Sunday, 7.0 p.m. LONDON, May 8. The soccer season has ended. Arsenal won the League championship. Manchester City and West Bromwich have been relegated to the second division, while Aston Villa, Manchester and United have been promoted. Barnsley and Stockport have been relegated to the third division while Milward and Tranmere have been promoted.
