YESTERDAY’S REALISATIONS. The Levin stock sale was held on Tuesday before a good attendance of buyers. Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report that they offered a small entry of sheep, but good yardings of cattle and pigs. Prices for porkers were well maintained and this applied also to cattle, but store pigs, owing to the poor quality of the offering, were easier. Realisations were as under ; Pigs : Light porkers, 2 f ss to £2; medium do., £2 2s 6d to £2 10s; heavy do., £2 14s, £2 17s, £2 19s; baeoners, £3 3s, £3 4s; choppers, 30s, £2, £2 10s; wcaners, 6s, 7s, 7s Gd, Bs, 10s; light stores, 12s 6d, 14s. Sheep : Fat lambs, 17s 9d, 20s 9d, 22s 7d; fat ewes, 16s 7d, 20s, 21s 4d; fat wethers, 235, 265. Cattle : Light fat cows, £3 7s 6d to £4 6s; medium do., £4 12s 6d to £5 ss; heavy do., £5 7s ‘6d to £6 15s; prime heavy do., £7 2s 6d, £7 10s, £7 12s 6d; I'.A. and Hereford cows, £7 2s 6d to £9 12s 6d; vealers, 375, £2 2s, £2 9s, £2 15s, £2 17s 6d, £3, £3 12s, £3 16s; store cows, £2 6s, £2 12s 6d, £2 15s, £3 2s 6d, £3 7s; potter bulls, £4 10s and £5 10s; springing heifers, £4 10s to £6 Is to £8 15s. LOAN AND MERCANTILE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency, Co., Ltd., report that they offered good yardings in all sections. Prices realised were on a par with late rates, these being as under : Pigs: Light porkers, 22s to 335; heavy do., 35s 6d to £2 7s 6d; baeoners, £2 lls 6d, £2 15s, £2 16s; choppers, to £4; store pigs, 13s 6d, 15s to £1; weaners, 6s, 7s, 10s to lls; sows, to £2.
