For the purpose of discussing the strengthening of France’s influence in Eastern Europe, and to offset future i moves, M. Boncour has summoned a conference of French diplomatic representatives of Germany, Russia, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Rumania. Considerable importance is attached to the concerning which the newspaper "L’Oeuvre’’ says: "France’s initiative has already produced an excellent impression in the Balkans, which are welcoming the juvenation of the French foreign policy.'
