ONE DEAD; ELEVEN MISSING (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) Received Monday, 9.45 p.m. MUNCY (Pennsylvania), March 21. A tragic finale to a programme commemorating last year’s picturesque Susquehanna River lumber operations occurred yhen a huge raft of logs crashed into a railway bridge, plunging 48 into the water. One is dead and 11 are missing.
