Mike Jacobs, the boxing promoter, bas announced that Louis and Schmeling will meet on June 22. ihe venue •of the contest has not been settled. He cabled Schraeling that he must arrive in the United States prepared to start training at least 40 days before the match or forfeit, in which case 'Baer would be substituted. Jacobs explained that he was worried over all this war .scare in Europe and did not want Behraeling to "arrive too late to train properly.
